Batá Sentinel Initiatives designs, builds and runs technology for public safety, emergency response, civic accountability and community development — alongside the humanitarian work our communities need today.

We are a non-profit company limited by guarantee, incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 and headquartered in Ekiti State. We exist to put dependable technology in the hands of citizens, communities and the institutions that serve them.
Our work spans software and data systems, applied research, capacity building and youth empowerment, and direct humanitarian action — feeding programmes, relief and outreach. Ratel Social, our flagship programme, is Nigeria's citizen accountability platform.
Every naira and every asset we hold is applied solely to these purposes. Nothing is distributed to members.
