Our Memorandum of Association requires that the income and property of the company be applied solely to its objects. No portion may be paid to members by way of dividend, bonus or profit; only reasonable remuneration for services and properly incurred expenses may be paid.

If the company is ever wound up, any remaining property must be transferred to an organisation with similar objects — never distributed among members.
